Was referred to Eric at Residential Heating & Cooling while looking for a new AC. Boy what a referral! Not only was Eric patient, understanding, and professional, he took the time on his vacation to go over any questions or concerns I had. Perfect communication and very knowledgeable. Kendall was awesome following up communication through email and Ben/Nick were kind and professional during the install as well! No hidden fees or charge ups or pressure by stating the prices are going up by the end of the month like my old guys did... I ended up upgrading to a 2 stage AC and loving it! They were so great, I had them do my parent's AC. Did i mention they have the best warranty out there too?

We had a furnace/AC installed by Residential five years ago. Worked great!! First inspection call on the AC since the onset of Covid. John, tech for Residential, was impressive!! It is always a pleasure to see a master craftsman/technician work. Signed up for the service plan. Highly recommend Residential, will use them when our system eventually needs replacement.

Great experience and incredibly responsive. I called at 6:45am and the owner called me back within the hour. They had someone out to examine my HVAC after it had gone out the night before by 10am that day. Service rep that came was incredibly nice and accommodating, and waited while I completed a business meeting before meeting with me to talk about replacing my system. Totally would recommend them. They managed to fit me in the next day and installed with absolute courtesy and professionalism.

I can't say enough good things about this company. When I first called, 10 years ago, the owner Eric responded. He was knowledgable, kind, and responsive to my concerns. Every technician over the years was on-time and experienced. i NEVER felt like I was getting taken. Their prices are fair and they only fix things that need to be fixed. Their costumer care has always top of the line. When I would call and talk to Kendall, she would ease all my worries. She always promptly responded and scheduled my service. I couldn't have survived owning a rental home if I didn't have residential Heating and Cooling on speed dial.

Eric and his team are great! They are all so nice, professional, and trustworthy!! Anytime I have called with a question or problem Eric is always so kind and helpful! Today a family member of mine, who wasn't a customer yet, was having an issue. I called to ask some advice and Eric stepped up and helped out and got someone out to assist with the issue the same day! I truly appreciate Eric, Kendall and the rest of the team for their help!

There was a time when you could look someone in the eye, shake hands and it meant something, and it remains true today. I highly recommend Residential Heating and Cooling as an outstanding locally owned and operated Schaumburg business which has achieved its 5 star reputation for good reason. Eric the owner, clearly explained what different options were available when we needed a new heating and cooling system. The installers, Matt and Alex were great and exceeded all expectations. It is always a pleasure doing business with people you trust and respect, and that is the most accurate way to describe our experience with Residential!!

She eased my worries and provided help on the spot. Jon, the technician, called prior to arriving and was friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and helped repair our AC. Definitely recommend working with such a kind and reliable company!

What a nice experience I had. The A/C tech Steve was so helpful as he explained everything he was doing to make sure my system was running as it should. He even made friends with my dog Rocky. Also I would like to commend Kendall for her excellent customer service. I have been doing business with this company for years and have never been disappointed.

Jon from Residential Heating and Cooling did a great job while at my home. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, provided a couple of options, and corrected the system. This is the second time using Residential and they are great. Eric the owner is fantastic and pragmatic when looking at repairs. I am a big fan of their professionalism and honesty. I was BLOWN AWAY by the OUTSTANDING customer service! My A/C went out during a HEAT WAVE and the owner/technician went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure they could come diagnose the problem that same day. Even if we don't go with Residential Heating & Cooling for our new unit installation, I am still just so very grateful for their promptness in responding and sending someone out and how friendly and informative they were every step of the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
